Important Reminders Regarding Trails and Riding

When going riding, if you're trailering to the area:

-----Only park and unload at areas designated on the map as approved parking locations

-----If you park on private property owned by a business or individual, you must get their permission prior to parking or unloading.

This message system will give trail open and close information, as well as detours and partial closings where available. (Trails may be open Dec. 15th thru March 15th if 6 inches of snow is on the ground, and temperature is below 32F and other requirements are met). The fine for being on trails when they are closed, (trespassing) is well over $100.

Hwy 164 construction changes bugline crossing.

The Bugline Recreation Trail crosses Hwy 164 north of County VV. The crossing was redone when the road was widened in 2006. We now have a very wide and tall illuminated concrete underpass tunnel for the Bugline.
